Photoshop (Elements), Final Cut Pro, and DVD Studio Pro are the advanced versions if you need more power working with pictures, video, and authoring, respectively. DVD player can be used to play a DVD or test an image you've created before burning it. Garage Band is a simple sequencer. Soundtrack is used to create backgrounds for movies. Pro Tools is the professional recording, mixing, and editing environment. It works with the Digidesign Mbox interface. Quicktime is for playing movies. All file storage on this machine is temporary. Anything you leave on the machine is subject to removal. We want to keep as much space free as possible in order to do video editing and DVD creation. As soon as you are finished with a project, please drag it into the trash, and then delete the trash. If you leave a transfer or DVD burn underway, leave a piece of paper on the keyboard with your name, what job you have left, and when you expect to return.
